Well, I thought it’s maybe time to get on with this blog in a proper way, therefore…..rock’ n’ roll!!

Just for “fun” reasons, and because I would be keen to have some foreign readers as well, this time –and occasionally in the future as well– I will write some articles in English. Nice language, wider platform to communicate, why not.

There are plenty of more than interesting topics to discuss within this “rocket scientist // beginner’s course” type of profession, namely real estate. Yes, I know, real estate is NOT a profession, but still, we all think it is. But today, let me do something completely different.

As a kick off, I would rather listen to all of you and see your opinions on certain issues, which, in my understanding are quite relevant these days. The reason behind this is quite simple. This blog was created with the aim of getting the “business” a bit more user friendly by offering this “site” as a kind of common communication platform for professionals, talented civilians and conquistadors. I would really be pleased if all of you would –even anonymously– answer a few questions, or add personal opinions, or just write in some “hello mom” type of sentences. Everybody’s words are welcome; the author does not retain any rights.

Here are the questions:

1.

If somebody is asking you: “when do you think this recession will end”, what would you REALLY like to answer him?

Please note that you have to answer in not more than 7 sentences, and words like: “Go away little hobbit” or “god knows, ask him and then call me” are not allowed.

2.

Do you think that the logistic market (also known as warehousing market) will really recover before the office market?

Please note, that answers cannot be shorter than 2 sentences or 17 words, and expressions like “Luke, rent a warehouse with decent office area ratio” or “forklifts are safe for children” are not welcome.

3.

If somebody is approaching you by saying that they would like to have indicative offers for a potential tenant of 3 800 sqm for a lease term of 6 years, what would you answer if you are a Landlord?

And if you are an agent and this would be a third party introduction?

Please note that we will have to disqualify entries, where expressions like: “muhaha” or “veeeery nice try Mr. Carrey” will be used. Same will happen with contestants asking colleagues in the office.

Okay, ladies and gents. This is it for today, I would really love to see your answers, regardless if those will be semi-serious or not.

Help us putting this blog on the right track, you won’t regret it, the best answer will receive a real thank you.

Have fun with the answers in the form of comments to this article, and, thank you!
